By creating an account, logging in, playing as a guest, or otherwise using the FunArena application (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. The 18+ age requirement is a strict condition of use.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the local laws of your jurisdiction.
FunArena is a social gaming platform intended solely for leisure, recreation and entertainment. FunArena does not offer, facilitate or permit any real-money wagering, betting or gambling — now or in the future — and no activity on the Service involves the staking of real money or anything of real-world value. The Service is strictly for users aged 18 and above.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the Service for gambling, betting, wagering or any real-money transaction. Any such activity is a violation of these Terms and of applicable law. FunArena does not endorse or encourage gambling in any form.
FunCoins are free virtual tokens: they can never be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or converted to real money. Please play responsibly and purely for entertainment.
To access the full features of FunArena, you may register an account using a username and password. You agree to:
One user is allowed to maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit rewards or game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
FunArena allows you to play as a guest without registering. In guest mode, your account is identified by your device identifier. Guest accounts can be upgraded to a registered account at any time to secure your progress and balance. We are not liable for the loss of guest account data if the app is uninstalled or the device is reset.
FunCoins are the virtual in-app currency used within FunArena. You can earn FunCoins through welcome bonuses, daily sign-in, referrals, gameplay rewards, and other promotions.
Important: FunCoins have no real-world monetary value. They are free virtual tokens provided for gameplay and entertainment only. They can never be purchased with real money, deposited, withdrawn, exchanged for cash, converted to any real currency, or transferred to other users — now or in the future. FunCoins must never be used as a stake, wager or bet of any kind.
No purchases: The Service contains no in-app purchases and no way to buy FunCoins with real money. All FunCoins are provided free of charge through bonuses, rewards and gameplay.
FunArena reserves the right to adjust, add, or remove FunCoin reward rules, bonus amounts, and redemption options at any time without prior notice.
FunArena offers five games: Rummy, TeenPatti, Domino, CallBreak, and Ludo. Each game has its own rules displayed within the app. By joining a table or match, you agree to follow the rules of the selected game.
Fair play is the foundation of the Service. All players are expected to play honestly and respectfully. Matchmaking pairs you with real players, and outcomes are determined by skill, strategy, and chance as applicable to each game.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Service:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, along with forfeiture of any FunCoin balance.
FunArena offers various rewards including welcome bonuses, daily sign-in streaks, referral rewards, level milestones, and VIP benefits. The specific reward amounts, eligibility, and conditions are described within the app and may change over time.
Referral rewards are granted when an invited friend registers with your referral code and completes the defined milestones (registration, first game, and reaching level 5). Abuse of the referral system — such as inviting fake or non-existent users — will result in the cancellation of rewards and possible account suspension.
All content within FunArena, including the app name, logo, game designs, graphics, text, and software, is the property of FunArena and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or events beyond our control.
FunCoins and any in-game progress do not constitute property and carry no guaranteed value outside the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunArena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes loss of FunCoins, game progress, or account access due to device failure, app uninstallation, network issues, or account suspension for violations.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in conduct harmful to the Service or other players. In such cases, any FunCoin balance associated with the account may be forfeited without refund.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and competent authorities of your jurisdiction.
